You will need to provide tracings of your foot on a piece of paper and measurements of these 5 areas of your foot: the ball, instep, heel, ankle, and top.
Once we have all the necessary information from you, we will begin to build your dream custom boots. A pair of Full Custom Boots will typically take 10-12 weeks for production plus shipping.
Once your order is placed and confirmed it is not refundable.

These boots typically take 6-8 weeks to produce and 1 week to ship but production time can be up to 10 weeks during busy times and the holidays.
