RECYCLED FUN - A SKATEWORKS PROJECT
What is Recycled Fun?
Recycled Fun is a network of collection bins throughout skate, surf and clothing stores situated nationally in Australia and the USA. The collection bins provide a donation point for used skate gear such as skateboard decks, trucks, wheels, protective gear or skate shoes.
This pre-loved equipment is shipped and distributed throughout Ethiopia, Native American youth and Indigenous Australian children and go towards vocational education projects as well as school holiday projects for disadvantaged youth.
How can I donate?
1. Grab your used skateboard decks, trucks,
wheels, protective gear or skate shoes
2. Head to one of our locations:
Skater HQ Brookvale or Moore Park
3. Place your donations
in the Recycled Fun bin
The Little Wooden Bridge from the Street to the Classroom
The unusual mix between action sport and vocational training sets benchmarks for the kids to provide an advancement pathway back to a safe and normal life. Please donate to spread the stoke of skateboarding and the balance it creates.
