WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All products sold by Skater HQ come with standard manufacturing guarantees against faults: Please refer to the manufacturers website to determine the conditions of that warranty. If the product has a manufacturing fault as agreed with the manufacturer, we will replace it free of charge once satisfied that the fault is as a result of manufacturing and NOT from other reasons. If it is practical to repair a faulty product then we will, or at our discretion, we will replace the product. If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge. Please contact us for more information. Please be aware that warranty periods can vary greatly between different parts of the product especially with Trick Scooters and Electric Vehicles.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Skater HQ is not liable for any damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product on the site. Products sold by Skater HQ are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved with their use.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Although Skater HQ strictly monitors the contents of its website, errors do occur. In the event that Skater HQ has incorrectly displayed a product's price, Skater HQ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed on the product. Skater HQ attempts to contact any customer where such an error has occurred. Skater HQ reserves the right to offer solutions on a case by case basis. Skater HQ does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or usefulness of information contained or associated with the site, such as, but not limited to, press releases, industry news, blog updates, or product descriptions and product photos. At the time of publishing such material, Skater HQ attempts to make every effort to ensure that it is current and correct.

 

PRODUCT IMAGE COLOUR VARIATION

Despite Skater HQ's efforts to provide accurate images of each product, actual colours may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, their capability to display colours and different product finishes over time. By purchasing a product from Skater HQ, you agree to accept the small risk that a slight colour variation may occur between the image seen on screen and the actual product itself. Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a colour finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the "Change of Mind" Returns Policy.

 

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

Due to electronic theft, Skater HQ reserves the right to cancel any order which appears to be fraudulent. Skater HQ reserves the right to decide what is characterised as fraudulent and may not disclose every reason if requested. Attempts to contact the customer may or may not occur depending on the severity of the situation.

Although Skater HQ attempts to review all user generated content ,such as comments and reviews, Skater HQ is not responsible for such content or liable for the effects caused by its publication. LAYBY

• 6 week repayment period, starting at the deposit date
• Minimum deposit – 20% of the total price
• An extension can be arranged under certain conditions
• If payment has not been received within this period, deposit will be forfeited
• Cancelling a layby will incur a termination charge. This charge is your initial 20% deposit
• All of our layby terms and conditions are in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

 

AUSTRALIA POST 'SAFE DROP' LIABILITY

 Our parcels are lodged as Signature Required and will be taken to a post office if no one is home. However, a customer may choose a MyPost Safe Drop after receiving their tracking notification, in which case the parcel is left without signature at the customer's own risk, in accordance with Australia Post SafeDrop terms and conditions. Skater HQ cannot be liable for loss or damage incurred from a SafeDrop delivery.

  

REGIONAL PRODUCT LIMITATIONS

Certain products may only be purchased by customers within Australia. Skater HQ reserves the right to refuse the sale of such products to overseas customers and cancel any orders created.

 

RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION

All products purchased must not, by way of trade, be resold or offered for commercial resale or redistribution. If a product is purchased with these intentions, we will not authorise the transaction and the order will be cancelled.
