Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items are in unused condition with original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the items have been used.

Skater HQ Warranty
All products sold by Skater HQ come with a standard warranty as specified by the manufacturer. If your product is damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing fault, then we will replace, refund or exchange your item.
We be unable to accept warranty claims if the product fails because of wear and tear, accident or negligence, or if it is outside the standard manufacturers warranty period. If this is the case then we will happily try to repair it for you for a reasonable charge.
For all warranty claims we will require a photo of the damage, or the product to be returned to us for inspection.
